"On 21st September, the happening dubbed as "Long Night of the Stages" takes place in Bremen"
The Hanseatic city of Bremen is set to celebrate its first "Long Night of Theaters" on September 21, 2024. This cultural extravaganza will bring together multiple Bremen theaters, including the Kulturzentrum Lagerhaus and others, for an evening of diverse presentations.
Participating theaters will offer a rich variety of performances, including theater plays, music, dance, and more. The program features several 30-minute theater projects, such as performances by Erwin Rau and his grandson, Ensemble Surprise, theater plan B, and the Bremer Tourneetheater at the Kulturzentrum Lagerhaus.
Visitors can enjoy excerpts from current productions, participate in guided tours, and watch open rehearsals. Each ticket grants entry to the entire program, which runs from 4 pm to 11 pm.
Mayor Dr. Bovenschulte, Senator for Culture and Patron of the event, believes that the "Long Night of Theaters" could establish a visible and worthy tradition. Bovenschulte appreciates the rich and diverse Bremen theater scene and wishes the visitors of the Long Night of Theaters much enjoyment and insight.
