Olympic Archer and Filmmakers Unite for Quirky *Animal Totem* Comedy

Delépine first met Olympic archer Jean-Charles Valladont in 2016 at a competition in Ruelle-sur-Touvre. The two bonded over their shared interest in the sport. Valladont, a silver medallist in both the 2016 Rio Olympics (individual) and the 2024 Games (team), also breeds chicks and once carried an incubator to competitions.

Animal Totem brings together an unusual mix of talent, from Olympic athletes to comedic filmmakers. The film’s release marks a collaboration between Delépine’s quirky vision and Valladont’s sporting background. Audiences can expect an offbeat comedy when it hits screens this week.
