Radiating experience from over 20 years in the field, Krista Senell snags the position of chief of staff and senior counsel in Olivia Trusty's office. Her career spans the public and private sectors, boasting leadership roles in telecommunications law and policy. She's previously graced the FCC as a legal advisor, serving chairs, commissioners, and the Media Bureau, and has worked at Meta, CTIA, and in private practice at Wiley Rein. With a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and a Master's from the Newhouse School of Public Communications, Senell earned her undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
Will Holloway steps into the role of acting legal advisor in Olivia Trusty's office, moving from the FCC's Broadband Data Task Force. There, he provided valuable legal and policy assistance in implementing the Broadband DATA Act and the Commission's Broadband Data Collection. Prior to this, his tenure in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau saw him focusing on broadband mapping and wireless infrastructure. Starting his legal career at the FCC, he's also an alumnus of the Catholic University of America and Sewanee: the University of the South.
Jessica Kinsey is set to serve as acting legal advisor in the same division, transferring from the Enforcement Bureau. At the FCC, she's most notably handled matters related to call authentication and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Before joining the FCC, Jessica honed her skills in the general counsel's office at the Universal Service Administrative Company, focusing on rural healthcare and other Universal Service Fund Programs. Jessica holds a Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University-J. Reuben Clark Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
Andi Roane assumes the role of acting confidential assistant. With a proven track record in FCC service across multiple commissions, from Chairwoman Rosenworcel to former Commissioner Simington, her transparent support will be a valuable asset in Olivia Trusty's office. Her career in the private sector spanning over two decades will also aid in smoothing internal and external interactions.
