Sophia Thomalla returns as the host for the fifth season of "Are You The One - Reality Stars in Love," a spin-off of MTV's popular series, where reality personalities embark on a journey to find love.
The season, premiering on August 13th on RTL, promises to be an exciting one, with 22 singles participating. Among them are familiar faces from various reality shows.
Sandra Janina, Sidar Sahin, and Kevin Nije have confirmed their participation, having made a name for themselves on different platforms.
Jonny Jaspers, known for his reality TV debut on "Temptation Island" in 2022, and Laura Peuker, his then-partner, also made appearances on "Ex on the Beach" and "Prominent separated."
Leandro Fünfsinn, who made his reality TV debut on "Love Island" in 2023, and Yeliz Koc, who finished in second place with him on "Love Island VIP" in 2024, are also part of the lineup.
Contestants will have the opportunity to win 200,000 euros if they all find their perfect match during the "Matching Night." To help them on this journey, personality tests will be used to determine who is best suited to whom.
In addition to the main contestants, the season will feature late arrivals such as Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht, who gained popularity from "Too Hot To Handle Germany." Calvin Ogara and Lennert from the same show will also be joining the cast.
Beverly and Elli, who have previously appeared on "Ex on the Beach," are also set to make an appearance.
Ariel, currently appearing with her ex-partner Giuliano Hediger on "Prominent separated," and Oliver Ginkel, who finished in second place on "Make Love, Fake Love" in 2025, will also be contestants on the show.
Xander Stephinger and Nico, who participated in "Make Love, Fake Love" in 2024, and Joanna, who has previously appeared on "Ex on the Beach," are also part of the star-studded lineup.
Lastly, Hati Suarez, who competed in "Kampf der Realitystars" this year, and Viktoria Miller, who was eliminated early from "Love Island VIP" last year, round off the list of contestants.
