Concrete Skeletons at Kaiserlei Roundabout Disappear - Offenbach’s Kaiserlei Roundabout to Become a 1,200-Home Urban Hub by 2029
Offenbach's urban landscape is set for a significant transformation. ABG Frankfurt Holding has acquired the long-vacant Kaiserlei Roundabout site from the Adler Group, with plans to construct 1,200 rental apartments. The first residents are expected to move in by 2029, following a €500 million investment.
The project, approved by the Offenbach city council, aims to create a vibrant, mixed-use residential district. ABG plans to include social and commercial infrastructure, aiming to make it a thriving community.
Demolition of the existing structures is scheduled to commence in spring 2026, paving the way for the new development. The acquisition of the site, which most recently belonged to the Adler Group, took place in November 2025.
With ABG's ambitious plans and the city council's approval, the former Kaiserlei Roundabout site is poised for a new chapter. The €500 million investment promises to reshape Offenbach's skyline and contribute to its urban renewal.
