Oasis musician Liam Gallagher allegedly called Radio 2's Scott Mills a derogatory term, as reported by Scott. Despite this spat, Scott expresses hope for a future reconciliation between the two.

In an surprising turn of events, Scott Mills has divulged his long-hidden beef with Liam Gallagher. Despite his hopes for resolution, the conflict between the two remains unresolved.

In his autobiography, Love You Bye, Scott recounts his encounter with the Oasis frontman in the late '90s, prior to a Top Of The Pops performance. Scott, 51, shares he expected a friendly conversation with the Gallagher brothers, given their previous meetings. However, that's not what happened.

As the story goes, the brothers were notoriously outspoken, and Liam, upon seeing Scott, blastingly called him a "c*ck."

Fast-forward to today, and the Gallagher brothers are gearing up for a tour in just two weeks. With that being said, it seems unlikely they'll be dropping by Scott's BBC Radio 2 show for an interview anytime soon.

Revisiting the past in a chat with The Sun, Scott admits, "I think he's completely changed. I actually think I am completely changed, but I think he's probably a nicer man now." He further explains, "In the '90s, being mean was the thing to be. All pop stars now are pretty nice."

With Oasis set to reunite in July for their first tour in 16 years, fans are eagerly awaiting their performance, dubbed "Oasis Live '25." The band has been rehearsing furiously, and frontman Liam has described the sessions as "spiritual."

The band's Fall 2009 split was tumultuous, with a backstage disagreement at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris serving as the breaking point. Their upcoming reunion has been one of the most anticipated musical events in recent years, and preparations are well underway.

A new book, Live Forever by John Robb, delves into the details of the band's bitter split. Fingers crossed, this time around, the tour will go off without a hitch.

As for Scott, he remains a staple on BBC Radio 2. He's known for his various interactions with celebrities, but his relationship with Liam Gallagher remains just a tale in a book, for now.

In his autobiography, Scott Mills considers discussing the Gallagher brothers' past behavior, including Liam, during an interview about entertainment and celebrities, potentially delving into his personal experiences with them. Moreover, as Oasis prepares for their reunion tour, Scott expresses hope for a more amicable relationship with Liam, hinting at a potential conversation about music and their past conflicts.
