Oasis enthusiasts break Wembley's nightly beer consumption record, downing an impressive 250,000 pints each night.
Oasis's Reunion Tour Breaks Beer Sales Record at Wembley Stadium
Oasis fans have made history by breaking the record for the most pints of beer sold at an event at London's Wembley Stadium. During the band's reunion shows in 2025, fans consumed an astonishing 250,000 pints of beer each night, surpassing all previous sales figures at the stadium.
The beer sales at Oasis shows don't include the increased business enjoyed by pubs around Wembley. This record not only highlights the enthusiasm of Oasis fans but also the substantial economic impact of their reunion tour on Wembley Stadium’s hospitality operations.
By comparison, Coldplay's shows at Wembley last year sold about 120,000 pints per night, and Taylor Swift's 2024 Wembley shows saw 40,000 pints sold. Therefore, Oasis's beer sales were more than double that of Coldplay and over six times that of Taylor Swift at this venue.
Each Oasis concert attracted roughly 80,000 fans, averaging around three pints per attendee per night. This indicates a significantly higher beer consumption rate than these other major artists. For each Oasis gig at Wembley, 4,500 kegs are moved through the stadium.
The Oasis tour continues in London for two more nights this weekend, with shows on August 27 and 28. After the London shows, the tour will head north to Edinburgh, where Oasis will play at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium on August 8, 9, and 12.
The tour will then continue across the globe, visiting Dublin, Toronto, Chicago, East Rutherford, Los Angeles, Mexico City, London (again), Goyang (South Korea), Tokyo (Japan), Melbourne (Australia), Sydney (Australia), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Santiago (Chile), São Paulo (Brazil).
Each pint costs $8.20 at Wembley Stadium, and the total beer sales at each Oasis show amount to just over £2 million. The Oasis reunion is causing a significant increase in business around Wembley, with fans travelling from far and wide to be a part of the excitement.
The catering company at Wembley Stadium reported these figures to The Times. The full list of remaining Oasis tour dates can be viewed below.
