The Mini Crossword is released at 10 p.m. EST on weekdays and Saturdays, and 6 p.m. EST on Sundays. Players can solve the Across and Down clues to fill the grid, with a timer tracking their progress. The puzzle also features a 'See Also' section, linking to other daily puzzles and NYT game solutions.
