Numerous Notable Musical Acts and Numerous Flea Markets Abound
The Eutin City Festival is set to return from August 15 to 17, 2025, promising a delightful weekend of music, markets, and entertainment for all. The Grand Flea Market, a significant part of the festival, will take place on both Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm, with stalls available for booking on the organizer's website (www.hochberg-flohmarkt.de) until August 15 at 11 am.
The Grand Flea Market will kick off with setup at 7 am, followed by a variety of performances on the Market Square main stage. On Saturday, music enthusiasts can look forward to local cult band "Straight" performing from 6 to 8 pm, followed by "New Life Generation" covering Depeche Mode hits from 11:30 am to 3 pm. The musical highlight of the evening will be the Queen cover band "Merqury" taking the stage at 8 pm.
On Sunday, the Shanty Choir "Eutiner Wind" will perform, while a surprise act is scheduled to entertain the crowd from 1:30 to 3 pm. The Eutin cover experts "Seven on Stage" will close the festival on the main stage from 3:30 to 6 pm. Local associations will also have the opportunity to present themselves on the Castle Square stage from 11 am to 2 pm on Sunday.
The Eutin City Festival will also feature George Harris, a singer-songwriter with German-American roots, performing on the Castle Square stage at noon on Saturday. The "Gossenhauer" band from Kiel and Hamburg will perform on the same stage from 2:30 to 6 pm on Saturday.
The festival will transform the streets of Eutin, with Lübecker Straße, Stolbergstraße, Königsstraße, Jungfernstieg, Schlossstraße, Peterstraße, and the entire City Bucht closed to traffic from Friday 6 pm to Sunday 8 pm. Various food and drink stalls will be available at all event areas during the festival.
