Novorossiysk’s Heroes of Kuban initiative trains future leaders for regional growth
A new stage of the Heroes of Kuban initiative has begun in Novorossiysk. The programme aims to train talented managers who can drive the region’s socioeconomic growth. Its latest module started with a ceremony at Heroes Square, where participants laid flowers to mark the occasion.
The initiative focuses on economics and finance, blending theory with real-world practice. Participants have already finished their first training block, which included internships under experienced mentors. Alongside lectures, they take part in cultural and creative activities to broaden their skills.
The Heroes of Kuban project continues to build a pipeline of skilled managers for the region. By combining expert-led training with industry exposure, it prepares them for key roles in Kuban’s development.
