Northern Colorado's St. Patrick's Day festivities kick off with parades and music
Northern Colorado is gearing up for a lively St. Patrick's Day season with parades, festivals, and music. Events will kick off on Saturday, March 14, and continue through the following weekend. From bar crawls to traditional Irish performances, the region has planned a mix of celebrations for all ages.
On March 14, Fort Collins will host two major events. The Old Town St. Pat's Parade Celebration starts with a morning parade, followed by all-day festivities. That same evening, the Fort Collins St. Patrick's Day Bar Crawl will guide participants through downtown venues for themed drinks and costumes.
Wellington will also join in with its St. Paddy's Festival on March 14. The event promises live music, Irish-inspired food, and drinks for a community-focused celebration. Meanwhile, Loveland's IPA Fest on the same day will highlight craft beer tastings, showcasing Northern Colorado's brewing scene.
The celebrations won't end after the weekend. On March 17, Fort Collins will present St. Paddy's Once Upon A Tune, featuring Irish music and storytelling. Later, on March 20, the Rialto Theatre in Loveland will host an Irish music performance, blending traditional and contemporary sounds. While the lineup hasn't been announced yet, updates are expected on the venue's official website.
The region's St. Patrick's Day events offer something for everyone, from family-friendly parades to late-night bar crawls. With multiple dates and locations, residents and visitors have plenty of chances to join the festivities. Organisers encourage checking official sources for the latest details on performances and schedules.
