Nordhorn's 20th Festival of Cultures Celebrates Unity with Canal Tour
Nordhorn recently hosted the 20th Cultural Festival of Cultures, welcoming delegations from its five partner cities: Coevorden (Netherlands), Montivilliers (France), Reichenbach (Saxony), Malbork (Poland), and Rieti (Italy). The event, held at Kloster Frenswegen, aimed to foster cultural exchange and unity.
The festival's highlight was the Festival of Canals, where guests explored Nordhorn's waterways by canoe. They spent approximately four hours on the water, taking in the city's scenic views. The event also marked the 20th anniversary of the cultural festival.
