Nordhorn Street Culture Festival Presents Thrilling Family Gala
Get ready for a thrilling family gala at the 'Nordhorn is amazed and laughs' street culture festival! On September 5, 2025, at 3 pm, enjoy a one-hour variety performance featuring acrobatics, clowning, and poetic circus theater. The show is suitable for children from elementary school age and the whole family.
The gala will be hosted by Jens Ohle, a comedian from Hamburg, known for his mix of wordplay and daring acts. The show will open with the duo 'manoAmano' from Argentina presenting 'NOSO3', a poetic and breathtaking show defying gravity.
Mareike Koch will captivate the audience with her trapeze and vertical silk art, showcasing demanding choreographies with precision and elegance. The 'Duo Mio' will bring laughter and surprise with their playful circus act combining juggling, acrobatics, dance, and clowning.
Fraser Hooper, a multiple award-winning clown from New Zealand, will perform 'Funny Business', a show filled with humor, eccentric dance, and a stunt duck. The grand finale will be a unique, interactive comedy spectacle by the Maag, a Swiss humor master.
The MOKU project ensures accessibility for all, offering free accompaniment and transport for people with physical handicaps and senior citizens interested in cultural events.
