The regional public organization Dagestani Land Society coordinated the large-scale shipment. Its chairman, Abdula Ibragimov, noted that residents from across the region responded to the call for help, enabling the collection of both financial donations and essential supplies.

The aid convoy includes critical necessities: drinking water, household items, and other everyday essentials. Clothing, food, tableware, and bedding were prepared by members of the Volunteers of Victory movement, working alongside local residents and the Public Self-Governance Autonomous Nonprofit Organization (ANO).

Maria Samodelkina, head of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of Volunteers of Victory, emphasized that the joint effort of residents, businesses, and public organizations set a powerful example of mutual support. She stressed that every contribution—regardless of size—proved invaluable.

Substantial assistance came from the Nizhny Novgorod branch of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography). At the initiative of Deputy Head Maxim Paikov, five tons of drinking water were purchased, swiftly prepared, and delivered by a commercial partner.

Additionally, a company in Dzerzhinsk donated nearly one ton of cleaning supplies. The Avant-Garde Military-Patriotic Center handled logistics, while the Mercy ANO team assembled long-shelf-life food packages.

Relief collection for flood victims remains ongoing. Two drop-off points in Nizhny Novgorod continue to accept food, hygiene products, new clothing, and other essential items.
