His body is found with a paper bag on his head, featuring an eerie smiling face, echoing unsolved murders from 18 years ago linked to the Smiling Man myth. Players, as part of the Utsugi detective agency, must unravel whether these killings are the work of the original Smiling Man or a copycat.
