Nina uncovers a concealed truth on General Hospital?

If General Hospital's Drew (Cameron Mathison) is the most infuriating character in Port Charles, then Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) are right behind him, earning some major points in the unpopularity contest. Nevertheless, Lulu (Alexa Havins) could have merited an honorable mention, but the #Drillow trio is undoubtedly in need of a fall from grace. We're keeping our fingers crossed that Willow's custody battle with Michael (Rory Gibson) will be the catalyst for their downfall.

The upcoming custody hearing promises a hefty dose of drama, unfolding during the week of June 2 – and judging by this sneak peek, it won't disappoint. Carly (Laura Wright) sensationally exposes Nina as the one who drugged Drew, and it seems Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) might face a pregnancy emergency on the stand.

When it comes to Nina exposing a secret, many might speculate that she'll reveal that Sasha is carrying Michael's baby instead of Jason's (Steve Burton). But we're not betting on that secret.

Instead, we suspect that Nina will confess to Willow about their previous romantic dalliance. Picture this: following Carly's explosive revelation, Nina attempts to save face. However, her lies and justifications won't cut it. With her back against the wall, Nina may ultimately divulge that she was once with Drew before he moved on to Willow – and that she kept it hidden from her daughter.

This confession would likely strain Nina's relationship with Willow, with the nurse left feeling nothing short of disappointed and enraged. However, the realization may finally dawn on Nina that she must be prepared to forfeit her relationship with her daughter and grandchildren if it means Willow will dump Drew permanently.

Though Nina's confession is just a hunch we have, it's one we can't help but hope will materialize. The secret relationship between Drew and Nina is the best-kept secret in all of Port Charles, and it's long past time that Willow learned the truth.
