The aid delivered during the visit included quad bikes "Sokol", electric motorcycles "Timir At", drones "Matrix-3" and "Matrix-4", anti-drone systems, and the radio-electronic warfare devices. These resources are intended to help the servicemen better meet the challenges they face on the frontline.
Father Peter Gritsenko presented an icon of Saint Demetrios of Thessaloniki to Aisen Nikolaev. The icon, which has been toured around military units for a year, will be handed over to the Yakutsk Eparchy in the future.
Nikolaev also visited a combat training center on the frontline and praised the high level of skills acquired by the servicemen. He noted that the progress made by the servicemen in 2023 is significant compared to 2022, reflecting the dedication and hard work of the servicemen.
This visit reflects ongoing government efforts to manage and improve conditions in Yakutia, especially in areas facing hardship or requiring reinforcement. While specific details about the frontline conditions were not available, Nikolaev's engagement in frontline visits aligns with his responsibilities as the regional leader for humanitarian coordination in Sakha Republic.
