In the early hours of Friday, 19th September, a disturbance occurred at Sheffield's Onyx nightclub during adult performer Bonnie Blue's 'barely legal' university tour of the UK.
South Yorkshire police were called to the venue at 1.22am due to reports of a disturbance. The event, billed as 'the wildest fresher's night' with 'interactive mini-games' and 'high energy DJ sets', took a turn for the worse when Bonnie Blue was allegedly punched in the face by a woman.
According to eyewitness accounts, the woman was standing next to Bonnie Blue, engaged in conversation with a friend, before suddenly punching the performer square in the jaw. Another witness overheard a conversation between the girl and Bonnie Blue, where the girl allegedly criticized Bonnie Blue for setting feminism back.
The woman who attacked Bonnie Blue had queued up to meet her. However, her identity remains undisclosed, as the police have filed the incident for further investigation, pending the arrival of more information.
Organizers of the event stated that there was strictly no sexual behavior allowed. Despite the violent scenes that erupted, the police confirmed that the woman who assaulted Bonnie Blue suffered no injuries, and a woman was detained at the scene before being later released.
Bonnie Blue reportedly responded to the girl's comments by telling her security to 'get those fat -sses away from me'. No new details about the woman who punched Bonnie Blue or her current condition have been provided.
