This is how his family life looks like today - Nico Rosberg's Post-F1 Life: Balancing Family and Health

Former Formula 1 champion Nico Rosberg, now 40, has traded in his racing helmet for a life focused on family and healthy living. Based in Monaco with his wife Vivian Sibold and their two daughters, Rosberg balances his roles as an entrepreneur and investor with quality time at home.

Rosberg's daily routine begins with a glass of celery juice and water with lemon, followed by intermittent fasting. He spends his mornings at the office, a seven-minute public transport journey costing just 1.50 euros. Despite his busy schedule, Rosberg ensures he's home most evenings to put his daughters to bed.

Afternoons are dedicated to family time, often spent playing basketball with his daughters. Rosberg remains strict with his diet, favouring beans and broccoli for dinner. Even his two ice cream shops on Ibiza, run with his wife, are a treat he enjoys in minimal amounts. Rosberg consistently declines requests that don't align with his family priorities.

Rosberg's work schedule is flexible, allowing him to travel for his investment company for about half the year. He also works periodically as a Formula 1 expert for Sky. Despite his late-night productivity peak, Rosberg ensures he's home for his family.

Nico Rosberg's life post-Formula 1 is a testament to his commitment to family and healthy living. From his morning routine to his evening family time, Rosberg's schedule is a balance of work and personal life, proving that success can be achieved without compromising on family time.
