Nicki Minaj's $20M Mansion at Risk as Court Considers Seizure to Settle Debt
Nicki Minaj's $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills could be seized by the supreme court to settle her us debt. Paul Saso, representing Weidenmuller, is pushing for this action after the court awarded a default judgment in March 2024.
The dispute dates back to 2019 when Weidenmuller, a former security guard, claimed he was punched by Kenneth Petty, Minaj's husband. Weidenmuller alleged he intervened in a dispute between Minaj and a security guard, leading to the assault. He suffered a broken jaw and underwent multiple surgeries.
Minaj spoke out about the legal battle on X, blaming a former business manager for not notifying her about Weidenmuller's case. However, the court ruled against her and Petty, awarding Weidenmuller a default judgment. Now, Weidenmuller is seeking to seize Minaj's home to recover the $500,000 debt.
Nicki Minaj owes $500,000 to Thomas Weidenmuller. If the supreme court approves, her $20 million mansion in Hidden Hills could be sold to settle the debt.
