Newly unveiled Elden Ring: Nightreign boss: Libra Night Creature
UPDATE: Libra, Nightreign's Chilling Night Boss, Unveiled in Gameplay
Brace yourselves, FromSoftware aficionados! The creators behind the infamous Dark Souls series have unveiled a thrilling sneak peek into one of the new Elden Ring: Nightreign Night Bosses – the soul-crushing Libra, Creature of Night.
And boy, does it look every bit as chaotic and painful as starring down the abyss itself!
"Check out the chilling first live gameplay of libra: Creature of Night!" Bandai Namco US goesad with their PAX East video release. The footage kicks off with three players taking on the Libra beast after what seems like a couple of hard-fought days, given the sheer size of the players' health bars.

Nightreign Runthroughs: A Bite-Sized Test of Strength
Nightreign's runthroughs are designed to be brief yet brutal. The journey commences as players pick one of eight final bosses to battle, but first, they must survive two "nights." This grueling period allows them to level up their attributes, loot treasures and get some teamwork practice in.
The trek begins on the outskirts of a gruesomely twisted version of Limgrave, with players making their way towards the dark heart, battling bosses and mobs along the harrowing trail. Upon reaching the tense centre, players will face a random boss, marking the end of the night and the beginning of an even tougher fight.
Libra, the End-of-Night Challenger
The plot thickens! Libra, not to be mistaken for planetary scales, is not THE final boss, but rather an imposing obstacle that marks the end of each night. I say just as if it doesn't look absolutely terrifying and won't be a walk in the park to take down.
Libra blends incantations that induce a frenzied flame and golden order-like states with swift melee assaults. You can catch it launching an orb that unleashes beams of terrifying, raw energy and a glyph that spits out merciless light projectiles at a breakneck pace.
The ghastly beast also specializes in large area-of-effect fire spells that inflict unhinged madness upon its unfortunate victims. If you manage to dodge Libra's relentless attacks, you will have the chance to counterattack – so practice your dodges!
