New season of 'Superkitties' stars Ginnifer Goodwin and Utkarsh Ambudkar as voiceover artists for the villainous roles
In an exciting turn of events, the third season of the popular animated series "Superkitties" is set to premiere on both Disney Jr. and Disney+ on October 1. This season will introduce new villains, The Glamsters, a glamorous and hilariously clueless brother and sister hamster duo who cause chaos for the SuperKitties.
The Glamsters, voiced by actors yet to be explicitly listed in the available search results, are joined by familiar voices from the series. Utkarsh Ambudkar voices Champster, and Ginnifer Goodwin voices Pamster Glamster, who also voices Judy Hopps in the upcoming "Zootopia 2" set to release in theaters on November 26.
The series centres around four superhero kittens: Ginny, Sparks, Buddy, and Bitsy, voiced by Emma Berman, Cruz Flateau, Landon Chase Dubois, and Pyper Braun respectively. Justin Guarini, James Monroe Iglehart, Ruth Pferdehart, Isabella Crovetti, Pamela Adlon, and Anika Noni Rose are among the guest cast returning in the series.
The new season will feature a "Su-Purr-Wild" story arc, as the heroes travel to the Kittydale Wild Jungle. The jungle will be home to a multitude of new creatures, adding an extra layer of excitement to the already action-packed series.
The premiere date for "Superkitties" season three is September 22, with the new season available on Disney+ starting October 1. This means fans will have double the fun, as the series will not be exclusively on Disney Jr., but will also be available on Disney+.
In addition to the new season, a wildcat named Willa will be introduced, voiced by Thea Gallagher. So, get ready for a wild ride as the Superkitties embark on their newest adventure!
