Saints and Gray Media Lock Horns for a Five-Year Blitz

Fresh off the press, Atlanta-based Gray Media has inked a five-year renewal with the New Orleans Saints, keeping the broadcast tie-up intact through 2029's NFL season finale.

Financial particulars? Not disclosed, mate. But we can bet it ain't cheap considering the sizzling offerings in tow!

This new deal brings a smorgasbord of goodies, starting with the 2025 preseason games. The first match-up is slated for August 10, as the Saints square off against the Los Angeles Chargers, followed by battles with the Jacksonville Jaguars (August 17) and the Denver Broncos (August 23). All games shall stream across Gray's 15-station Saints Pre-Season Network, with WVUE Fox 8 gripping the local New Orleans broadcast reins[1][4].

But wait, there's more! The Gulf Coast Sports and Entertainment Network (GCSEN) will replay each preseason game the day after, giving fans a second chance to savor the action without missing a beat[1][4].

Sandy Breland, Gray Media's COO, and a proud New Orleans resident, couldn't hide her excitement: "We're chuffed to connect further with the New Orleans Saints and promise Saints fans unparalleled, exclusive coverage. Gray Media and WVUE Fox 8 are all set to collaborate with the Saints inexporting more Saints programming to both Fox 8 and the Gulf Coast Sports &Entertainment Network. Viewers, y'all are gonna love it!"[1]

Dennis Lauscha, the New Orleans Saints' President, echoed Breland's sentiments: "As the media landscape gets a shake-up, our focus remains on delivering unrivalled coverage and unique access to our beloved fans. Gray Media and Fox 8 have dominated regional sports broadcasting and continue to set the standard. We're ecstatic to beef up this partnership and lift the fan experience!"[1]

A multitude of kick-ass Saints-themed programs are cooked up for both Fox 8 and the GCSEN, including the likes of "The Draft Show LIVE," "Fluff 'n' Stuff" live from Saints Training Camp, extended pregames, post-games, and podcasts - oh, boy, the fun never stops[5]!

Fancy somethin' extra? Gray Media is set to unleash an exclusive NFL Films docu-drama, "Waiting on Moore," offering an intimate glimpse into the Saints and the new Head Coach, Kellen Moore. The taping premieres on GCSEN on June 8 and 9 at 7 p.m. CT[5].

So, chin up, Saints fans, as the new era delivers a lineup of captivating content to fuel your passion for the game[3]. Now, who's ready for some action-packed football, eh?
