New leadership elected in Enzkreis and Pforzheim jurisdictions
In a recent development, the regional Young Socialists, Jusos Enzkreis/Pforzheim, have elected a new board to lead the district for the coming year. This marks the second time the Jusos have elected a new board since their merger last year.
The new board was elected at their annual member meeting, and it consists of Ajka Sadovic and Robin Burghardt as co-chairs, Indira Lauer and Davis Riedel as deputies, and Elias Engel, Michael Hofsäß, Hannah Wolff, Omid Hatam, Lukas Veile, and Cedric Klingel as members.
Ajka Sadovic, who hails from Wimsheim, was re-elected to her position as co-chair, while Robin Burghardt, from Pforzheim, takes up the other co-chair position. Davis Riedel, also from Pforzheim, is running for the SPD Enzkreis-Pforzheim as a candidate for the European elections in 2024.
The discussions between the Jusos and Katja Mast MdB, the 1st Parliamentary Business Manager of the SPD parliamentary group, were open and substantive. The focus of these discussions was on child basic security and the socially acceptable transformation of the economy. The Jusos also expressed their concern about the current "rise" of the AfD at the federal and state levels.
The Jusos Enzkreis/Pforzheim is the youth organization associated with the Social Democratic Party (SPD) in the region. Ajka Sadovic serves as the Chairperson, and Robin Burghardt serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the Jusos Enzkreis/Pforzheim. Indira Lauer and Davis Riedel were recently elected as deputies in the Jusos Enzkreis/Pforzheim.
The new board will undoubtedly bring fresh ideas and energy to the Jusos Enzkreis/Pforzheim, as they navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead. The discussions with Katja Mast MdB serve as a testament to the Jusos' commitment to engaging with political leaders and advocating for their causes.
