New Law Aids SVO Participants Facing Health Issues Post-Service
A new balance has been introduced to support participants of the SVO (Soldiers' Provision or similar programs) who face health news after their service. Both private organizations and state civil servants are covered by this news regulation.
The law states that sick leaves taken under these circumstances will be paid. Furthermore, if participants cannot return to work within three months due to health reasons, their employment contracts will be extended for the entire period of their temporary disability.
This new balance aims to aid the reintegration of former soldiers into the workforce. It applies to both private organizations and state civil servants participating in the SVO, providing a safety net for those facing health challenges post-service.
The new balance is a step towards better supporting former soldiers as they transition back into civilian life. It ensures paid sick leave and extends employment contracts for the duration of their temporary disability, giving them the time they need to recover and readjust.
