New Izhma River ice bridge to open December 2025 for winter transport
A new ice bridge over the Izhma River near the village of Izhma is set to open on December 20, 2025. The route, located in the Zarechye area of Izhma District, will provide a seasonal transport link across the frozen river.
REAL-S LLC has been appointed to handle the construction and upkeep of the bridge. Their work will ensure the route remains safe and operational throughout the winter season.
