Get ready for some surprising performers at the Euro Championship draw!

Mark your calendars for the anticipated draw event on Saturday, taking place at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg.

Who will host this unforgettable night? None other than Esther Sedlaczek (38) and Portugal's Pedro Pinto (48), both veterans of previous Uefa draws. Joining the fun will be violinist David Garrett (43) and renowned tenor Jonas Kaufmann (54).

Not only that, but you can also look forward to a triple bill! The German Music Council will send three fantastic ensembles to Hamburg to provide the perfect backdrop for the draw. Get ready to be mesmerized by the Bundesjugendorchester, Bundesjugendchor, and Bundes-Jazzorchester.

Those who have previously won European Championship titles will join the celebration, but we're still waiting to find out who will serve as the fairy godmothers or fairy gods for the draw.

One thing is for sure: Germany will lead Group A. The other 23 teams (of which 17 have already been determined, and the remaining 6 will be revealed on March 21 and 26) will be drawn from the same fashion. It all begins with pot 1, where the first team takes a spot in group B, and the second team crops up in group C, and so on, following this pattern with pot 2 through 4. After each team is drawn, a lottery determines their position within the group (1 through 4), which chiefly impacts the order of the European Championship matches.

Savour the opening match of the European Championship, happening on June 14 with Germany taking on Team A2 in Munich. The DFB team will then return to the pitch on June 19 to face off against Team A3 in Stuttgart. The tournament's grand finale for the German squad will be on June 23 in Frankfurt against Team A4.

The draw will be broadcast simultaneously on RTL, ZDF, and MagentaTV.

So, get ready to witness the excitement as Germany competes fiercely in Group A for the UEFA European Football Championship 2024. The draw for the preliminary rounds of the championship will take place at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, with Germany set to face Team A2, A3, and A4 in their group matches. Don't miss the chance to be a part of the historic moment as the draw unfolds!
