New Depeche Mode concert film trailer unveiled, revealing grand spectacle
Depeche Mode fans, get ready! The iconic band's official film, DEPECHE MODE: M, is now available for tickets, and the Memento Mori tour is still going strong.
The film, premiered at New York's Tribeca Film Festival in June, tells the captivating story of the deep connection between music, culture, and people. Created around footage from Depeche Mode's sold-out shows at Mexico City's Foro Sol Stadium, DEPECHE MODE: M is directed by award-winning Mexican filmmaker Fernando Frias.
Meanwhile, the Memento Mori tour, the duo's first since the death of co-founder Andy "Fletch" Fletcher in 2022, has been a massive success. Frontman Dave Gahan and bandmate Martin Gore played to more than three million fans during the tour's 112 shows around the globe. The tour took place over 2023 and 2024.
While the Memento Mori tour and the film DEPECHE MODE: M are not directly related, both serve as a testament to the enduring power of Depeche Mode's music and the bond they share with their fans.
