Netflix's March 2026 lineup brings One Piece Season 2 and chilling new thrillers
Netflix has lined up a busy March 2026 with several high-profile releases. Among them is the return of the live-action One Piece adaptation, alongside new thrillers and horror series. Fans of crime dramas, dark mysteries, and pirate adventures will have plenty to watch.
The month kicks off with Vladimir, a gripping U.S. series about seduction and obsession, before moving into the long-awaited second season of One Piece and a string of fresh originals from Spain, Norway, and beyond.
The live-action One Piece series continues its run with Season 2 arriving on March 10, 2026. This follows the first season's debut on August 31, 2023, which introduced Luffy and the Straw Hat crew's quest for treasure across the Grand Line. The new season will adapt arcs such as Drum Island, featuring the character Chopper and the villain Wapol. While Netflix has confirmed plans for future seasons, no details about Season 3 or later have been revealed yet.
Before that, on March 5, Netflix premieres Vladimir, a U.S. drama exploring themes of obsession and manipulation. The series promises a tense narrative centred on power and desire.
Norwegian crime fans will get Harry Hole Season 1, based on Jo Nesbø's novels. The thriller follows detective Harry Hole as he engages in a dangerous cat-and-mouse game with corrupt officer Tom Waaler. The story also weaves in a serial killer plot, adding layers to the rivalry between the two policemen.
Later in the month, on March 13, the Spanish original That Night (Jene Nacht) makes its debut. The series tracks a family's frantic efforts to conceal a fatal car accident during a holiday in the Dominican Republic. Their desperate choices spiral as they try to avoid the consequences of the tragedy.
March closes with Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen, an atmospheric horror series premiering on March 26. The plot unfolds during a wedding week that takes a terrifying turn, blending psychological tension with supernatural dread.
By the end of March 2026, Netflix will have expanded its library with five major releases. The second season of One Piece extends the pirate crew's journey, while Harry Hole, Vladimir, That Night, and Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen offer a mix of crime, drama, and horror. Viewers can expect new episodes and series to drop weekly throughout the month.
