Prepare for an exhilarating journey as the highly anticipated limited series, Untamed, makes its debut on Netflix on July 17. This six-part thriller, produced by Lionsgate TV and 3 Arts, was originally created for Starz before finding its new home on the streaming giant.

The series follows National Parks Service special agent Kyle Turner, portrayed by Eric Bana, and new ranger Naya Vasquez, played by Lily Santiago. They are thrust into an investigation of a mysterious death within Yosemite National Park. As they delve deeper, they uncover dark secrets within the park and their own pasts.

The all-star cast includes Sam Neill, who plays the chief ranger and family man, Paul Souter, in the park. Neill's presence undoubtedly adds an extra layer of appeal to the series. Cliff Roberts, a producer for Syndicate Entertainment, and Steve Lee Jones, through Bee Holder Productions, are also involved in the production.

Todd Black and Tony Shaw from Escape Artists Entertainment are also part of the production team. Wilson Bethel portrays Shane Maguire, the Wildlife Management Officer in the park, while Rosemarie DeWitt plays Jill Bodwin, Turner's ex-wife.

The trailer for Untamed showcases some stunning scenery, suggesting that the dramatic landscape will play a significant role in the plot. It also has a seriously creepy atmosphere, further building the anticipation for the series. A skeleton is uncovered in the woods, and a mysterious voice whispers "He's coming" in the trailer.

The series promises to be a must-watch, with lines like Bana's character's observation about the park: "People come here to explore. They see maybe 10% of the park. Things happen different out here."

So, mark your calendars for July 17, and get ready to embark on a thrilling journey with Untamed on Netflix.
