Netflix collaboration persists for Harry and Meghan
Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have extended their creative partnership with Netflix in a multi-year, first-look deal. This collaboration will expand beyond film and television projects to include Meghan's lifestyle brand, As Ever, developed with Netflix support.
The slate of upcoming projects includes the second season of With Love, Meghan, a lifestyle and cooking show starring Meghan Markle that became Netflix's most-watched culinary show since its March 2025 debut. Season 2 will continue in the same format, though specifics on guests remain unannounced.
With Love, Meghan is not the only project in the pipeline. A holiday special titled With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration is planned for December, and a documentary short film, Masaka Kids, A Rhythm Within, about orphaned children in Uganda, is set to release on Netflix later this year.
Moreover, a feature film adaptation of Carley Fortune’s bestselling novel Meet Me at the Lake is also in production. This drama follows a decade-spanning love story.
Netflix's head of content, Bela Bajaria, explained the move by saying, "Harry and Meghan are influential voices whose stories resonate with audiences around the world." She added, "We are proud to extend our partnership with them."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who live in the US with their children, Prince Archie (5) and Princess Lilibet (3), have produced several projects with Netflix since their partnership. Their previous Netflix projects include docuseries such as Harry & Meghan, Heart of Invictus, and Live to Lead, along with the docuseries Polo.
Their relationship with the royals remains strained following various allegations. King Charles III, the younger son's father of Meghan and Harry, is currently reigning as the monarch.
Meghan expressed her excitement about the partnership, saying, "We are proud to extend our partnership with Netflix."
