Netflix collaboration persists for Harry and Meghan

In an exciting development, Archewell Productions, the production company co-founded by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, has announced a series of new collaborations with Netflix. Here's a glimpse of the key releases that viewers can look forward to:

Season 2 of "With Love, Meghan" is set to premiere later in August 2025. This lifestyle and cooking show, which became Netflix’s most-watched culinary show since airing with over 5 million viewers, will continue to showcase Meghan's passion for cooking, gardening, hosting, and DIY projects with special guests. The guest list for this season has yet to be revealed.

A holiday special titled "With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration" will debut in December 2025. This special promises to bring the festive spirit as Meghan and her friends celebrate the holiday season with activities like decking the halls, creating feasts, crafting gifts, and sharing joyful moments with easy how-tos for viewers.

"Masaka Kids, A Rhythm Within", a documentary short film produced by Campfire Studios in association with Archewell Productions and Wontanara Productions, will be released later this year. The documentary centres on an orphanage in Uganda’s Masaka region, focusing on children affected by the HIV/AIDS crisis who transform hardship into joy through dance and community.

A feature adaptation of Carley Fortune’s novel "Meet Me at the Lake" is also in development. This project follows a decade-spanning love story that begins with a chance encounter and a broken promise.

Besides these projects, Archewell Productions previously released docuseries like "Polo" and other documentary series such as "Heart of Invictus" and "Live to Lead," which contributed to their successful Netflix collaboration since 2020. Moreover, Meghan's lifestyle brand, As Ever, will also partner with Netflix, with ongoing product expansions planned throughout the year.

Meghan and Harry have renewed their partnership with Netflix, with the deal giving the streaming giant the first rights to projects from Prince Harry and Meghan, including films and TV shows. Netflix's head of content, Bela Bajaria, stated that Harry and Meghan are influential voices.

The renewed partnership is a multi-year "first-look" deal with Archewell Productions. Several other projects across various genres are in active development by Archewell Productions. While relations between Harry, Meghan, and the royals remain strained following various allegations, Harry and Meghan live in the US with their children, Prince Archie (5) and Princess Lilibet (3).
