Netanyahu proposes five preconditions to conclude the ongoing conflict
In a press conference held on Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu provided insights into Israel's current strategy in the ongoing conflict in Gaza. The focus of the operations, according to Netanyahu, is to weaken Hamas, the militant group governing Gaza, by dismantling their military capabilities and infrastructure.

Israel has let in close to 2 million tons of aid for the civilian population in Gaza, but Hamas's violent looting and the UN's delay in distribution have hindered the distribution of aid. Netanyahu criticised Hamas for subjugating Gazans, stealing their food, and shooting them when they try to move to safe zones.
