NCT Wish unveils debut album Ode to Love after record-breaking rise

NCT Wish, the newest subunit of K-pop group NCT, will release its first full-length album on April 20. The group made its debut in February 2024 as the fourth and final addition to the NCT franchise. All six members—Sion, Riku, Yushi, Jaehee, Ryo and Sakuya—were complete rookies before their introduction.

The album, titled Ode to Love, will include 10 tracks, with the lead single sharing the same name. Before this release, the group will wrap up its first world tour in Seoul. Their final performances are scheduled at KSPO Dome from April 17 to 19.

NCT Wish stands out as the only NCT subunit made up entirely of members who had no prior activity in other NCT teams or as soloists under SM Entertainment. The lineup features a mix of Japanese and Korean nationals, marking a fresh start for all involved.

The debut album arrives just two months after their first appearance. With a world tour already underway and a full-length release on the horizon, NCT Wish is quickly establishing its presence. The group's activities will continue with the Seoul concerts before the album's official drop.
