Cavaliers Games to be Broadcast Locally on FanDuel Sports Network Ohio and Rock Entertainment Sports Network

The Cleveland Cavaliers have announced an agreement with Main Street Sports Group, the owners of FanDuel Sports Network Ohio, to broadcast five upcoming Cavaliers games locally.

Mike Conley, the executive vice president and chief information officer of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Rock Entertainment Group, and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, made a statement about the agreement. According to the statement, FanDuel Sports Network will join Rock Entertainment Sports Network and WUAB Channel 43 in broadcasting the Cavaliers games.

The games will be available for local over-the-air distribution, with fans in Northeast Ohio able to access Rock Entertainment Sports Network on channel 979 on Spectrum and free over-the-air on channel 22.1, as well as on WUAB Channel 43. Fans in Columbus can access the Cavaliers games on channel 17.1 WDEM, while fans in Cincinnati can view the games on channel 19.3.

The broadcast schedule includes the Cavaliers vs. Memphis Grizzlies game on Feb. 23 at 7:30 p.m. EST, the Cavaliers vs. San Antonio Spurs game on Mar. 27 at 7 p.m. EST, the Cavaliers vs. New York Knicks game on Apr. 2 at 7 p.m. EST, the Cavaliers vs. Minnesota Timberwolves game on Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. EST, and the Cavaliers vs. Brooklyn Nets game on Mar. 11 at 7 p.m. EST.

Rock Entertainment Sports Network will broadcast Cavaliers games for the first time as part of this agreement. David Hughes, the vice president and general manager of WOIO and WUAB, also made a statement about the agreement.

The NBA's agreement with Main Street Sports Group (formerly Diamond Sports Group) allows for this over-the-air distribution. However, it appears that there is no information available about an agreement between the Cleveland Cavaliers, Rock Entertainment Sports Network, Gray Media, and FanDuel Sports Network to simulcast upcoming Cavs games beyond the information provided in this announcement. For more specific details about such an agreement, it is recommended to look for announcements or press releases directly from these organizations or reputable sports news outlets.
