Musk's Controversial Post: Musk Deletes Comment Linking Trump to Epstein Files

Musk removes content pertaining to Trump in Epstein documents' duplicate posting

Tech tycoon and space pioneer Elon Musk stirred the pot again when he posted a controversial comment about US President Donald Trump. In a now-deleted post on his platform X, Musk hinted at a connection between Trump and the entangled Epstein files.

The post, which read, "Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!" [2][3] sent social media into a frenzy. However, Musk's comment lacked concrete evidence to support his claim.

The Epstein affair involves US billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of sexually abusing numerous girls and women and trafficking them. Epstein had ties with Trump, as they were former neighbors in Florida [1]. Trump's name did appear in some documents discovered in the Epstein case, but the records show no wrongdoing on his part [1].

Trump, however, had openly encouraged the release of more documents during his campaign, but these documents have yet to be published [1]. The buzz between Trump and Musk reached a boiling point during a visit from German Chancellor Friedrich Merz to the White House, leading to an explosive public feud between the two [5].

Musk had initially supported Trump's political campaign, pouring an estimated $280 million towards his election [5]. In return, Trump appointed Musk a special advisor and tasked him with cutting costs in the government apparatus [5]. Musk, unsatisfied with Trump's tax plans, voiced his criticism, calling them a recipe for bankruptcy and mounting national debt.

In the aftermath of his disagreement with Trump, Musk began to distance himself from the president, eventually renouncing his role as a special advisor [5]. The beef between the two culminated when Musk claimed that Trump would have lost the election had it not been for his support [5].

While reposts and screenshots of Musk's controversial comment still circle the web, neither Musk nor Trump has commented on the matter as of yet [4].

I'm not going to say that I'm not questioning the possible involvement of Donald Trump in the sordid world of Jeffrey Epstein. This speculation stems from Elon Musk's controversial post, which, though subsequently deleted, hinted at such a connection.

Despite Elon Musk's claim about Trump being found in Epstein's files, the documents reveal no wrongdoing on his part, contrary to the widespread conspiracy theories circulating in the realms of politics, general-news, and crime-and-justice.
