Music Performance by Symphonic Blast Orchestra, Leipzig Music School "Johann Sebastian Bach" - Autumn Themed Showcase
The Leipzig Music School "Johann Sebastian Bach" is gearing up for its annual autumn concert, and this year promises to be a special occasion. The Sinfonische Blasorchester, a high-calibre student orchestra, will be performing a diverse range of music genres, including Classical, Pop, and Original compositions.
The concert will take place on Friday, September 26, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, in the courtyard of Feinkost. Tickets for this traditional event can be purchased at the box office only, with admission priced at 12 EUR and reduced prices available at 8 EUR.
In a unique collaboration, a brass ensemble from the Thessaloniki Music School will be a special guest at the Sinfonische Blasorchester's autumn concert. This partnership was established through the city partnership between Leipzig and Thessaloniki, which celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2024.
The Sinfonische Blasorchester consists of students from the woodwind, brass, and percussion departments, and the age range of the students is between 13 and 21. The repertoire for the concert includes classical works, original compositions, arrangements of musicals, and film music.
