Edgar Godineaux is responsible for the choreography of the highly anticipated musical, "Personality: The Lloyd Price Musical." This captivating production is set to make its London debut at Southbank Centre's Elizabeth Hall on October 11, with performances at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.

The show, executive produced in the UK by Tegan Summer Theatricals, is expected to appeal to fans of Motown, rock 'n' roll, soul, and musical theatre. The talented cast includes Cedric Neal, Craig Armstrong, Zoe Birkett, Marcus Collins, Matthew Goodgame, Shem Omari James, Aaron Lee Lambert, Clive Rowe, and Vanessa Ela Young, among others.

Lloyd Price, the subject of the musical, is an unsung hero in the American R&B and rock 'n' roll scene. Known as "Mr Personality," Price earned his nickname from one of his million-selling hits. His music has been covered by numerous legends, including Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, Paul McCartney, Little Richard, Bruce Springsteen, and Amy Winehouse.

Price's career began in Louisiana during an era of segregation, but he defied odds by becoming one of the founding fathers of rock 'n' roll. Price was the first Black teenager to get airplay on radio stations that had previously only played white artists, and he was the first American teenager to sell more than a million records, achieving this feat with Lawdy Miss Clawdy.
