Municipal Council Seat Allocation in 2025 Local Elections
The election committee in Gütersloh met on Tuesday, September 17, to officially confirm the results of both the municipal and Integration Council elections that took place on September 14, 2025.
In the municipal elections, the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) emerged as the strongest faction, securing 32.87% of the vote and 21 seats in the new council. The results for the Integration Council election were also announced.
