MTS Secures Esteemed Marketing Accolades

In the realm of marketing and advertising, MTS, specifically NIIT Learning Systems Limited (NIIT MTS), has been making waves with its innovative and impactful projects. Over the past few years, MTS has been recognised for its efforts in various prestigious industry events.

Since 2018, MTS has been supporting children and family runs as part of the annual Minsk Half Marathon. This initiative has seen around 2,000 young athletes and their parents participating each year, with the aim of promoting inclusive initiatives and drawing attention to ensuring equal opportunities for all children, regardless of their circumstances.

In 2024, NIIT MTS's achievements in the Advertising & Marketing domain were particularly noteworthy. At the Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Awards, they won five awards in the Marketing and Advertising categories. Additionally, they earned 63 Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards jointly with customers, recognising excellence in marketing, advertising, digital learning, and custom content development.

One of their standout campaigns, "Bored Santa", won silver at the LAMA festival in the categories of Video Ad Directing and Video Ad Scriptwriting. The ad also won silver in the "Telecommunications Services" category, further highlighting MTS's strengths in this field.

The LAMA advertising festival also recognised creative ads about popular tariffs for MTS, showcasing the best cases for local and international brands at the event.

The MTS project received a Special Prize from Mastercard, the general partner of the contest, and the joint campaign of MTS and the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Belarus won the gold recognition at the ADMA contest. The "Dance" series won bronze at the LAMA festival for MTS.

The LAMA Festival is an annual creativity competition for marketing and communication professionals in Belarus. It includes 25 categories for goods and services and 22 special prizes in product and service sectors. The Advertising & Marketing Awards jury consisted of 45 professionals representing international and local brands. After the awards, brand, agency, and marketer rankings are also compiled, showcasing the most effective trends and boosting competition among companies in domestic and foreign markets.

In summary, NIIT MTS's primary recognised achievements in Advertising & Marketing Awards come from the Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Awards and Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards in 2024, covering categories such as custom content, learning measurement, and marketing-related learning programs.
