The contest, which showcases the best in European music, is being held in Vienna, the capital city of Austria. This year's event is being guided by Andrew Collins, who is known for his work in showcasing music from European cinema.
Austria is represented in the music showcase by Tharaud's Amour, while Italy's offering is Cinema Paradiso. Yann Tiersen's score for Amélie is also part of the music showcase.
In a first for the contest, Eurovision is nipping over to Australia this year, as it makes its debut in the Contest. The 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is being held tonight, promising an evening of great music and entertainment.
As always, the Eurovision Song Contest is sure to be a memorable event, filled with catchy tunes, stunning performances, and a touch of drama. Be sure to tune in and join the fun!
