Movie draws inspiration from the literary work of German author-director, Hans-Gert Pöttering.
On Saturday, August 23rd, the Paul-Gerhard-Kirche in D-Unterbach will host an art exhibition titled "Facets of Humanity". The event will be opened by Dr. Helmut Stein at 4:00 PM.
Sabine Clemens and Ruth Stünkel-Hoffmann, two artists who have been collaborating in various artist groups for many years, will be showcasing their works at the exhibition.
Sabine Clemens, a graduate of artfact in Bonn and the Kunstakademie Trier, has exhibited her works in numerous solo and group shows. Her series for this exhibition focuses on women and children, exploring societal norms and constraints, as well as vulnerability, abuse, strength, and self-awareness. Structure and color play significant roles in her mixed media and acrylic paintings, often incorporating collage.
Ruth Stünkel-Hoffmann's contribution to the exhibition will focus on her distinctive portrait paintings, executed in pastel, acrylic, and collage. Her works stand out for their strong expressive power in a unique style.
The exhibition will also feature a contemporary ballet by choreographer Pascal Touzeau at 5:00 PM.
Both artists' works aim to uphold the dignity of the human being, as reflected in their respective styles and themes. After the exhibition in D-Unterbach, Ruth Stünkel-Hoffmann's works can also be seen at the Iranian Cultural Center in Düsseldorf.
