MOUTAI Unveils Bold 2026 Global Expansion Strategy at Annual Conference

MOUTAI Import & Export Company has set out its plans for stronger global growth in 2026. At a recent conference, leaders reviewed progress from 2025 and shared new strategies for the coming year. The focus now shifts to deeper consumer engagement and market expansion.

In 2025, MOUTAI worked with international distributors to expand its reach across 66 countries and regions. The company's annual report highlighted these achievements while setting targets for 2026.

At the conference, Chen Hua thanked distributors and the marketing team for their efforts. He stressed the need for a consumer-driven approach, with Asia as the core market and North America playing a key supporting role.

New contract procedures and market policies for 2026 were announced. Chen Hua outlined five priorities: transforming functional roles, building stronger teams, improving brand communication, nurturing consumer relationships, and raising service standards.

He also called for greater confidence in MOUTAI's long-term globalization strategy. The goal, he said, was to make the brand truly recognised and valued worldwide by 2026.

The 2026 plan centres on aligning domestic and international markets while keeping consumers at the heart of decisions. MOUTAI aims to strengthen its global position through coordinated efforts and a clear market-focused strategy. Distributors and teams will work together to drive this growth.
