Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Grupenhagen Accident
A 32-year-old man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident near Grupenhagen on Sunday afternoon, 28th September 2025. The incident involved his McLaren motorcycle and occurred on the L861 road. The man, part of the 'Harz Racing Team', was riding with a group heading towards Grupenhagen around 3 pm. In a left curve, he lost control of his McLaren, veering onto the grass strip and colliding with the guardrail. Witnesses provided immediate first aid until emergency services arrived. The man was then taken to the hospital for treatment. The damaged McLaren, estimated at 1,500 euros, was towed away. The cause of the accident is under investigation. The 'Harz Racing Team' has expressed their concern and is cooperating with authorities. The man's condition is stable, and further updates are awaited.
