Motorcyclist Flees After Severe E-scooter Attack in Karlsruhe
A motorcyclist, described as a traffic hooligan, severely injured a civilian in broad daylight on Sunday afternoon in Karlsruhe. The attack occurred at 14:30 on Lange Straße, and the motorcycle rider fled the scene after stealing the bystander's e-scooter.
The victim sustained a head injury during the incident. The motorcycle rider, riding an unregistered motocross bike and wearing a light blue-pink helmet, attacked the bystander after being approached about the unregistered vehicle.
