Royal Enfield, the iconic motorcycle manufacturer, is making waves in the Indian two-wheeler market with its latest moves. The company is not only expanding its lineup beyond the 350 cc segment but also revising prices to make its offerings more accessible.

Starting September 22, 2025, the prices of Royal Enfield's 350cc lineup will be revised across dealerships. This move is part of the GST reform, which is expected to make motorcycles under 350cc more affordable, exciting first-time buyers. B Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors Ltd. and CEO of Royal Enfield, commented on this, stating that the GST reform will make motorcycles under 350cc more accessible.

Royal Enfield's 650 cc lineup, which includes models like the Interceptor, Continental GT, Classic, Shotgun, Super Meteor, and Interceptor Bear, will also be affected by the GST. However, the company plans to pass the full GST benefit of the price revision directly to consumers. This means that the world of Royal Enfield is becoming more accessible to a larger community of riders.

The 650 cc lineup is set to grow with the expected launch of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 650, priced at ₹ 3.80 Lakhs. Other models in the 650 cc lineup, such as the Shotgun 650, Bear 650, Classic 650, and Interceptor 650, are already popular choices among enthusiasts. The Shotgun 650, for instance, boasts a displacement of 648 cc, a top speed of 22 kmpl, and a price tag of ₹ 3.59 Lakhs.

In addition to the 650 cc lineup, Royal Enfield is also gaining popularity with its Scram 440, Guerrilla 450, and Himalayan 450. These models, with their unique features and competitive pricing, are making a strong impact in the mid-size motorcycle space, which is experiencing strong momentum in the Indian market.

Royal Enfield is not limiting its efforts to motorcycles alone. The company aims to make its ecosystem more accessible by reducing prices and extending GST benefits to its service, apparel, and accessories business. This holistic approach is expected to further strengthen its community of enthusiasts and welcome new customers.

In conclusion, Royal Enfield is taking bold steps to expand its lineup, revise pricing, and extend GST benefits. These moves are set to make Royal Enfield more accessible to a wider audience, contributing to the strong momentum in the Indian two-wheeler market, particularly the mid-size motorcycle space.
