The robots appear to be automated, suggesting that the warehouse is equipped with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure the safety and efficiency of the workers.

MotionMiners Unveils AI-Powered Virtual Process Manager for Smarter Logistics

MotionMiners GmbH is expanding its MotionMiners PROCESS MANAGER platform with a new virtual process MANAGER. The tool aims to bridge the gap between data analysis and practical improvements in LOGISTICS and industrial workflows. A prototype will be presented at LogiMAT in Stuttgart next March.

The virtual process MANAGER builds on eight years of motion-mining projects, drawing from over 500,000 hours of anonymised movement data. This data spans industries like intralogistics, AUTOMOTIVE LOGISTICS, and retail, including partners such as BLG LOGISTICS in Hamburg.

The system automatically interprets motion and activity data to pinpoint inefficiencies. It categorises issues like long travel times, excessive search periods, or ergonomic strain into clear PROBLEM AREAS. Unlike manual analysis, it then suggests tailored solutions—whether organisational changes, warehouse redesigns, or automation upgrades.

Developed as part of the SENSOMAI project, funded by Germany's Federal Ministry for Research, Technology, and Space, the tool links directly to MotionMiners SOLUTIONS. This platform offers over 420 products and services to turn analysis into action. By closing the manual gap in process evaluation, the MANAGER speeds up decision-making and implementation.

A working prototype will debut at LogiMAT from March 24 to 26, 2026, in Hall 4, Booth 4C25. Visitors will see how the system transforms raw metrics into optimisation strategies for real-world operations.

The virtual process MANAGER simplifies the transition from data collection to operational improvements. Companies can now identify bottlenecks and apply fixes faster, using a tool grounded in extensive real-world data. The prototype at LogiMAT will demonstrate its potential for LOGISTICS and industrial sectors.
