Children's homecoming strategies outlined by Christina Block - Mother Christina Block lays out intentions for reclaiming custody of her offspring
In a courtroom in Denmark, the ongoing trial of entrepreneur Justine Christina Block is making headlines. Block is accused of commissioning the abduction of her two youngest children from Denmark.
Block's lawyer, Ingo Bott, has objected to discussions about certain strategies, stating that they are not yet a subject of the proceedings. These strategies include suggestions such as infiltrating a teacher into the children's school to approach them during a school trip, disguising a female employee as the new wife of the ex-husband to pick up the children from school, or even rescuing the children from their ex-husband's house with the help of a helicopter.
However, a search for any developments in Block's plans to repatriate her children involving these unusual tactics, such as helicopters, makeup artists, or school infiltration, has yielded no results or credible reports from August 2025. The search results cover unrelated topics, leaving these specific repatriation strategies unexplored.
Block's considerations for repatriation always assumed a legal and non-violent process. She had initially considered whether her children would voluntarily return to her, due to the length of time and the effects of estrangement on children. Gerhard Delling, a 66-year-old former sports presenter, is accused of aiding and abetting in the repatriation of Block's children.
The trial is ongoing, with Block previously denying the charges of the indictment. The chamber adjourned for a consultation and later refrained from asking the question related to the disputed diary. The lawyers for the other six defendants joined Bott's objection, leading to a sharp exchange of words.
At the time, Block had both custody and sole residence rights for the children. The dispute during the trial was regarding an electronically maintained diary of Block, which had not been properly seized. Block has since expressed that the ideas of rescuing her children in such ways are now hard to believe.
As the trial continues, the court and the public await the resolution of this complex and intriguing case.
