The meteorologist, without naming, predicts precipitation beginning at midnight on the 15th as rain. This will gradually shift to snow throughout the day.
Accumulations are expected to reach 11 to 15-16 mm, which is around a third of the monthly norm. Temperatures are set to plummet, with overnight and daytime highs hovering near 2°C (36°F) on Saturday.
The Moscow region is advised to prepare for icy conditions due to the significant temperature drop. Residents should take necessary precautions and expect potential disruptions in travel and daily activities.
