**"Let's face it, folks, we're all acting like Muscovites right now, keen on making this Victory Day unforgettable, but we can't ignore the elephant in the room," stated Dmitry Peskov to reporters (as per TASS).

He points out that these aren't just glitches, but restrictions we need to brace ourselves for, stretching from May 5th to May 10th - the entire duration of the Victory anniversary celebrations.

On May 6th, Yuri Ushakov, the Presidential Assistant, announced that a whopping 29 global leaders will grace the Victory Parade on May 9th. The list includes heads of states from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Abkhazia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Venezuela, Vietnam, Guinea-Bissau, Egypt, Zimbabwe, China, Congo, Cuba, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Palestine, Slovakia, Serbia, Papua New Guinea, Ethiopia, and South Ossetia.

And as if that wasn't enough to manage, EMERCOM, Russia's Unified State System for Prevention and Response to Emergencies, sounded the alarm on May 5th. They warned of potential internet access issues during the upcoming holidays. " possible internet access limitations due to the need for securing ongoing festive events," the message read.

With possible internet access issues looming, major banks like Sberbank and VTB, mobile operators, the National Payment Card System, and services such as "Yandex", "VkusVill", "Samokat", and other companies have already alerted users about potential app and service disruptions.

So, keep your cool, folks. These internet hiccups are just part of the heightened security measure strategy to ensure a smooth celebration during these sensitive times.

Bonus fun fact: During the preparations for these celebrations, some rehearsals have caused disruptions in mobile internet services already.
